Support from individuals and families is essential to making the full vision of the Buskirk-Chumley Theater a reality. Your membership helps to ensure that the Theater is available to everyone in the community - as a place for artists and organizations to share art and information and for individuals to learn and be inspired. The more than 60 presenting organizations and artists who utilize the BCT and the BCT Box Office each year:

  • support the creativity of artists at all levels of accomplishment;
  • give children their first theater-going experience;
  • raise funds for schools and social services;
  • bring IU and Ivy Tech students into community-based performance space; and
  • literally light up Bloomington’s downtown.

As a resource, educator, supporter, and producer, as well as a sustainable business, the Theater provides a stage for Bloomington’s communal voice. Your financial support brings famous artists to this community, provides a performance space for local artists, and keeps the Indiana marquee blinking.
