PHANTOM of the OPERA At the Opera of Paris, a mysterious phantom threatens a famous lyric singer, Carlotta and thus forces her to give up her role of Marguerite in Faust for the unknown Christine Daae. Christine meets this masked phantom in the catacombs, where he lives. What's his goal? What's his secret?
This brilliant film based on Gaston Leroux's classic novel featuring Lon Chaney, in his greatest role, as the masked composer who lives deep within the Paris Opera House. Chaney is the entire film, with the eerie unmasking scene that still makes audiences gasp!
